Although the above-mentioned works for an individual scenario the same can be said for organization-wide contact transfer.

Your helper in this situation is the SysTools Office 365 Export tool. It can allow admins to pull out the contact details present in every employee of part of their Office 365 setup. Those contacts can then be mailed to individuals. So, admins, have a fully controlled transfer that is monitored at every step of the way.

With the help of a date filter admins are able to adjust the duration for which the contact data needs to be extracted.

  • Launch the tool Pick Office 365 as one Endpoint and File System as another
  • Mark the box Next to Contacts Workload and apply the Date Filter.
  • Validate Source-side admin Credentials and Destination path.
  • Map the users via Fetch/Import/Download
  • Preview and Export.

Send the resultant VCF files to their respective owners. They can then put these extracted Office 365 contacts into their Android devices when ever need be.
