Step 1: Download & install the Add multiple PST Tool, then open it.

Click on Add File

Step 2: Go to Add file or Add folder option to upload the PST file in outlook.

Step 3: Select the PST file which you want to import in Outlook. If you want to import all file in MS Outlook, so click on select all option.

Step 4: If users want to remove a selection or selections, Hi on Remove or Remove All. Hit on Add to Outlook and users are done with transfering selected PST files to Outlook.

Step 5: After the successful completion of the import process, the status will be shown as a success for each file. For large records of files if you want to stop the process in between tap on Stop.

Step 6: Now open Outlookto assure if imported PST files are there.

Step 7: To check if the imported PST files are really what users imported to their MS Outlook, then go to Outlook Menu. Choose Tools and Account Settings therein.

Step 8: Now click on Data file option and check the names of PST files with those you added to your outlook using Add PST Tool.
